Healthy Cooking -- Information, Recipes & More!
A handy tool available at the "Fruit From Washington" web site is a Recipe Quantity Calculator. It is a perfect tool to use for a favorite family recipe that you find yourself doubling more often than not. You can also convert half the recipe, especially helpful for those who do not have a large family for which to cook.
You simply type in the original recipe and choose the conversion you desire (1/2, 1-1/2, double, triple, or even customize the amount). Type in the directions, if you like. After you have the recipe entered, click on "Calculate" and a new screen will have your newly converted recipe ready to print.
